Compliance Associates Introduces Fixed-Cost Implementation for Validator

Compliance Associates, creator of the Validator validation lifecycle management platform, today announced Fixed-Cost Implementation, a delivery model that gives life sciences organizations a guaranteed price and a guaranteed go-live date before they sign.

Every Validator implementation now follows a defined four-phase process (Workshop & Planning, Configuration & Implementation, Validation & Testing, and Release & Transition), with the total cost fixed in advance. SaaS deployments go live in one to two months; on-premises deployments may follow a slightly longer timeline, defined during the Workshop & Planning phase. In both cases, the number in the proposal is the number on the final invoice.
